Is there a free trial?
No free trial — we think a trial period creates unnecessary pressure. Instead, the free plan gives you genuine, unlimited access to core features: 2 ScanIQ scans, 2 searches, and up to 5 stack products per month. That's enough to see real value. Upgrade when you're ready.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel at any time through your App Store or Google Play subscriptions settings. No cancellation fees, no questions asked. Your premium access continues until the end of your paid billing period.
What's the difference between monthly and annual?
Same features, same access level — just different billing. Monthly is $4.99/month billed month-to-month. Annual is $29.99/year and saves 50% compared with paying monthly. Both plans auto-renew until cancelled.
Does SuppsBuddy work on Android?
Yes. SuppsBuddy is available on both iOS (App Store) and Android (Google Play). The experience and features are identical across both platforms.
Is my health data private?
Yes. Your health data is stored securely with row-level security in our Supabase infrastructure. We never sell your data, never share it with third parties, and never use it for advertising. Your lab results and health profile are yours alone.
Do you have relationships with supplement brands?
No. SuppsBuddy earns revenue exclusively from user subscriptions. We have no affiliate relationships, no sponsored recommendations, and no manufacturer partnerships of any kind. Quality scores cannot be purchased or influenced.
What lab test formats do you support?
PDF, PNG, JPG, and JPEG. Standard blood test results from any lab or healthcare provider work well. The analysis engine reads biomarker names, values, units, and reference ranges.
How is the Quality Score calculated?
The Quality Score (0–10) is a weighted average across six dimensions: Ingredient Quality (25%), Dosing Accuracy (20%), Scientific Evidence (20%), Manufacturing Standards (15%), Third-Party Testing (10%), and Label Transparency (10%). It is calculated entirely from the product label — no brand input.
